T&Cs:

1. Promoter
The promoter is City Motors Port Lincoln ABN - 23 106 058 946 of Cnr King & Porter Street, Port Lincoln SA 5606.

2. Promotion period
The promotion opens at 02-11-2026 and entries close at 11:59pm ACST on 31 December 2026.

3. Who can enter
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who purchase an eligible vehicle from City Motors Port Lincoln during the promotion period. Employees of the promoter and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

4. Eligible vehicles
Eligible vehicles are new, used and demonstrator Nissan, Isuzu UTE and Kia vehicles purchased from City Motors Port Lincoln. The vehicle must be purchased and delivered by 31 December 2026.

5. How to enter
To enter, purchase an eligible vehicle and take delivery of it within the promotion period. Each eligible purchase and delivery earns one entry. Entries are recorded by the promoter at the time of delivery and no separate entry form is required.

6. Bonus finance entry
Customers who finance their eligible vehicle through City Motors Port Lincoln receive one bonus entry, which doubles their entries for that purchase. Finance is subject to approval and lending criteria. The bonus finance entry is subject to regulatory and finance provider approval. If finance is not approved or is not settled, the bonus entry will not apply.

7. The prize
There is one prize available to be won. The winner may choose either a $5,000 fuel voucher or a $5,000 travel voucher. The maximum total prize value is $5,000. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The voucher provider’s terms and conditions apply, including any expiry dates. The promoter is not responsible for any additional costs associated with using the prize.

8. The draw
The draw will take place at 10:00am ACST on 04-01-2026 at City Motors Port Lincoln, Cnr King & Porter Street, Port Lincoln SA 5606. The winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received during the promotion period.

9. Notifying the winner
The winner will be notified by phone and email within one business day of the draw. The winner’s first name and suburb may be published on the promoter’s website and social media pages. If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days days of the draw, or does not claim the prize within 14 days of being notified, the promoter may redraw the prize. The winner will be asked to confirm their prize choice (fuel or travel voucher) when they are notified.

10. General conditions
Entries that are incomplete, ineligible or not made in accordance with these terms are invalid. If a vehicle sale is cancelled or the vehicle is returned, the associated entries will be void. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter may cancel, suspend or amend this promotion if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make it necessary, subject to any approvals required by law.

11. Privacy
By entering, entrants agree that the promoter may collect and use their personal information for the purpose of conducting the promotion and for marketing communications, where consent has been given. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at www.citymotorspl.com.au/privacy.
